Instructional Course Lectures provides expert practical advice and problem-solving techniques from exceptional groups of talented orthopaedic surgeons on a variety of orthopaedic topics. The content of the chapters are drawn mainly from selected Instructional Courses offered at the prior year's Annual Meeting of the AAOS. The Virtual Bookstore offers volumes 50 - 55 for download in PDF format.
The Virtual Bookstore offers two AAOS symposium volumes. Implant Wear in Total Joint Replacement is offered free of charge; Tissue Engineering in Musculoskeletal Clinical Practice costs $10 per chapter.
The Virtual Bookstore currently links to three AAOS publications concerning practice management. Access to Orthopaedic Medical Legal Advisor is restricted to AAOS members only, and access to Postgraduate Orthopaedic Fellowships 2005 requires purchase through the AAOS Resource Catalog. Medical Professional Liability is offered free of charge.
