This 90-minute Webinar offers you a comprehensive overview of the Standards of Professionalism (SOPs) on Orthopaedist-Industry Conflicts of Interest that became effective on January 1, 2008. Critical information about these mandatory SOPs will aid you in navigating relationships with industry that have the potential for conflicts of interest. Learn how the SOPs and recent settlements between the US Attorneys Office for New Jersey and five orthopaedic companies may affect your relationships with industry. This course is designed for all orthopaedic surgeons (and others) who have an interest in issues surrounding orthopaedics and industry.
