Anterior Cervical Corpectomy and Fusion

Anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion (ACCF) techniques are occasionally required to decompress the spinal canal and stabilize the spinal column in patients with cervical stenosis, kyphosis, tumors, infections, or trauma. This article reviews the indications and contraindications for anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion, and reviews the technique in detail. Video is available.
