Technical Requirements
Before using OKO, please be sure that your computer meets the following technical requirements.

Having Trouble Logging In?
If you are an active AAOS international member or if you have already subscribed to OKO, type your last name in the first box and your AAOS identification (ID) number in the second box. If you do not know your AAOS ID number, you can look it up using your full name and birthdate by clicking on "Forget your AAOS ID number?" Registration and Login

International Affiliate Members
If you are an active AAOS international member, OKO is a benefit of your membership. Go directly to the blue box on the right to log in. Use your last name in the first box, and your AAOS identification number in the second box.

Non-International Affiliate Members
The subscription process includes four steps.

1. You will be asked to enter the country in which you live and an optional OKO country code.

2. You must read, understand, and agree to the disclaimer, which appears at the start of the registration.

3. You will be asked to enter your personal information. It is important that you provide only one name in the "Last Name" field, as the system does not accept hyphenated or multiple names. Please also include a valid email address. AAOS will assign you a final AAOS ID number, once your order is processed, and we will send your new AAOS ID number to you via email. You will be asked for your credit card information. Please fill in your information and submit the form. You will also be given the option to fax your information to our Customer Service department. Please allow 5 working days for processing.

4. You will be provided with an order confirmation sheet. When you receive your AAOS ID number, go the OKO login page, and enter your last name in the first box and your AAOS identification number in the second box.
