Instructions for Our International Users

Please print out these instructions using your browser print function, then click on the link at the bottom of the page to continue to the Terms, Conditions, and Disclaimers page.

• Read the Terms and Conditions and indicate your acceptance. This will take you to the Login and Subscription page.
• For Current Subscribers:
  • In the login area on the left-side of the page:
    • Enter Last Name and Password.
    • Click Login to enter and use OKO.
• For New and Renewing Customers:
  1. Click NEW CUSTOMER blue bar on the right side of the page. You will be directed to the New Customer Registration page.
  2. Complete your customer registration.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Your AAOS ID appears. Please copy it down for your records and Click OK.
  5. Enter your country and country code (if applicable).
  6. Click Enter.
  7. Your subscription rate is displayed.
  8. Click Continue.
  9. Confirm order and price.
  10. Click Checkout.
  11. Enter Credit Card Information.
  12. Click Continue.
  13. Review information.
      • If correct, click Approve Payment.
      • If incorrect, click Go back/Modify and make change. Then repeat the last two steps.
  14. After you have approved payment, you will see an order confirmation. Print this out for your records.
  15. Click on the link at the bottom of this page to go to OKO web site. You again will be asked to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  16. Read the Terms and Conditions and indicate your acceptance. This will take you to the OKO Main Menu page.

You will also receive an order confirmation via e-mail.
