Differential Diagnosis

In the differential diagnosis it′s important to consider delirium, dementia, or clotting disorders, depression, alcohol abuse, anorexia, or malignancy (specifically multiple myeloma), gait disorders, and osteoporosis or osteomalacia or renal osteodystrophy.
