The goal of this video is to help the viewer diagnose pathologies. The program uses a professional pitcher as a model to demonstrate the relevant and important physical examination features in the throwing shoulder. The examination is presented in a focused and orderly step-by-step approach. Range of motion and scapular dyskinesia along with SLAP and internal impingement signs are illustrated. Additionally, features that are unique to the throwing shoulder are highlighted.
