This video uses three case examples to demonstrate surgical techniques for repair and reconstruction of the posterolateral corner of the knee. The first case presented is a primary repair backed up by a free soft-tissue graft. The second case is a reconstruction of the posterolateral corner. The final case is a reconstruction of an isolated lateral collateral ligament (LCL) injury using a strip of biceps tendon. The posterolateral corner of the knee is often misunderstood, and this video simplifies repair and reconstruction techniques.
