The indications and contraindications for cubital tunnel release are discussed. The surgical procedure is carefully demonstrated from start to finish. Multiple case examples of complications, from postoperative bleeders to rotating ulnar nerves, and the methods used to manage these complications are reviewed. Some cadaver model footage is used to demonstrate anatomy and tips, tricks, and pearls. Strategies to safely transition from open to endoscopic cubital tunnel release are reviewed.
