Chapter 10 Video 1: Anatomic Distal Biceps Tendon Repair

This video outlines the anatomy of the native distal biceps and the rationale behind a footprint repair technique.  Restoration of the normal biceps moment arm is intended to optimize supination torque following tendon repair.  An endoscopic assisted footprint repair which utilizes a single anterior incision, transosseous sutures and a cortical endobutton is demonstrated.
