Our step-by-step technique allows surgeons to adapt to a patient's individual anatomy and intraoperative demands, allowing for as much surgical freedom as possible. Depending on patient height, weight, sex, race, or individual anatomy, a graft can be intraoperatively designed following these easy steps. The three- or five-stranded graft can be used for anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and posterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in adults and children. This highly variable algorithm allows surgeons to intraoperatively create anterior cruciate ligament and posterior cruciate ligament grafts based on a patient's individual needs.
