2017 HONORABLE MENTION Sulcus-deepening trochleoplasty is a reliable surgical treatment option for the management of abnormal distal femoral morphology in patients with severe trochlear dysplasia. Previous studies have reported universally low redislocation rates after this procedure. This video presents the surgical technique for sulcus-deepening trochleoplasty and discusses one center's experience with the procedure.
