Webinar Director: Sonu Jain, MD
As hand and upper extremity surgeons we are very comfortable treating common conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and cubital tunnel syndrome. But what about other compression neuropathies? Are we looking for or completely missing other syndromes such as ulnar tunnel syndrome, radial tunnel syndrome, pronator syndrome, AIN syndrome, or even thoracic outlet syndrome? What do we need to know? How can we treat these patients and make them better? These questions and much more will be answered by our panel of experts.
At the conclusion of this webinar, learners should be able to:
· To understand peripheral compression neuropathies that are less frequently seen in the upper extremity
· To effectively diagnose these neuropathies clinically and learn what types of diagnostic testing are useful
· To learn how to effectively manage these compression neuropathies in the upper extremity
· To have awareness and understand of compression neuropathies in the lower extremity
