Description: Reviewing the adolescent/pediatric UCL tear of the elbow from diagnosis, management, to returningto throwing.

Learning Objectives:

1.  Identify the common findings in the history, physical and imaging findings of adolescent UCLtears.

2.  Recognize adolescent UCL tears who qualify for nonoperative management.

3.  Describe the operative treatment for adolescent athletes with UCL tears.

4.  Review the rehabilitation program, return to throw process and interval throwing programapproach to recovery in the operative and non-operative approach.
