Description: Case based discussion on the management of controversial shoulder topics including: subcritical bone loss in shoulder instability, irreparable rotator cuff, and cuff intact arthritis with glenoid boneloss

Learning Objectives:

1. Define subcritical bone loss and measurement techniques in patients with shoulder instability

2. Describe treatment options for patients with shoulder instability and subcritical bone loss

3. Detail the indications and contraindications for surgical treatment options in patients with anirreparable rotator cuff tear

4. Identify criteria for choosing reverse shoulder arthroplasty in patients with an intact rotator cuff
