Description: Through this one hour webinar, participants will learn from elbow surgeons various techniques and methods todeal with complex elbow trauma.  Dicult situations including complex intra-articular fractures, complex elbowfracture dislocations with instability, dicult coronoid and radial head fractures and fractures in the elderly willbe discussed.  Time will also be dedicated toward discussion of dicult cases with a question and answersession to follow.

Learning Objectives:

1.  Discuss the approaches and various techniques for dicult intra-articular fractures.

2.  Understand the methods to treat distal humeral fractures in the elderly patient.

3.  Differentiate between observation or fixation of the coronoid.

4.  Differentiate between observation, fixation or arthroplasty of the radial head.

5.  Understand how to treat resultant instability after elbow trauma.
