Description: This event will discuss the epidemiology and risk factors for burnout in orthopaedics, including the concept of moral injury. We will review concrete steps to reduce burnout at the institutional and personal level. There will be ample time for panel discussion and Q&A.

Learning Objectives: Understand current epidemiology and risk factors for burnout in orthopaedics. Learn concrete steps you can take to reduce burnout in your life. Recognize warning signs in friends, colleagues, and trainees.
