Description: The Joint Commission’s Advanced Certification in Spine Surgery (ACSS) elevates your services with evidence-based proof of clinical quality. Participation in the American Spine Registry (ASR), a collaborative effort between the American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) and AAOS, is the sole pathway for the advanced certification’s registry requirement. Standardized performance measure data must also be submitted to The Joint Commission quarterly. Join ASR staff for a webinar about the new resources that were developed to support sites with the registry requirement for the certification process.
