Description: Webinar participants will engage in discussion to understand the role of an effective leader in facilitating meetings. To be an effective leader, you must get the most out of your volunteer team, and meetings are the most common pathway for the team to brainstorm and accomplish the work of the AAOS. In the 60-minute webinar, led by Evalina L. Burger, MD, FAAOS, techniques will be shared to instruct participants on effective meeting management.

Learning Objective:

This webinar is part of the AAOS Leadership Institute (ALI) webinar series. The goal of the webinar series is to expand on the leadership content shared through the ALI Program and provide participants with a better understanding of the skills needed to succeed as an AAOS volunteer. For ALI Level 3 participants, this event fulfills one of five webinar attendance requirements.
