Description: Join Scott P. Steinmann, MD, FAAOS, BOS Fellowship Committee Chair, as he leads discussion with a group of expert panelists about tips and tricks for navigating the Fellowship Year and how to find your first job.

Learning Objectives:

- Participants will distinguish between what makes a great fellow and what behaviors should be avoided in your Fellowship Year.
- Participants will understand the basics of what to include on your resume and cover letter as well as what will set you apart from other applicants.
- Participants will obtain advice for forming connections with peers and mentors to build a supportive community essential for sharing experiences, advice, and insights throughout the Fellowship journey.
